BlueMind was born from real experience, not from a desk-bound idea.
A solution built from real-world operations and designed with engineering logic.
BlueMind was developed by Nicolás Giusti Venegas, an Industrial Engineer originally from Chile, focused on automation, process optimization, and efficiency improvement. Industrial Engineering focuses on understanding how an organization works as a complete system, including its workforce, time, costs, resources, information, and processes. The goal is to find better ways of working, reduce waste, and support more organized and profitable growth.
The idea for BlueMind began to take shape in Saskatoon, Canada, through direct work in different business environments and first-hand experience with day-to-day operations. This revealed recurring problems: information spread across different places, administrative processes separated from what actually happens in the field, costs that are difficult to track, materials that need to be controlled, jobs that evolve during execution, and decisions often made without having all the available information.
Instead of designing software based on assumptions, BlueMind Core was built using those real experiences as its starting point. Every process included is intended to address a specific need that can arise during a company’s operations.
